2.The Resort Credit is valid per stay when booking a minimum of three nights, available for both the European Plan and the All-Inclusive Plan. It can be used for Food and Beverages, and other hotel services. It is important to note that this credit does not apply for room upgrades. Additionally, it is not applicable at the Karuma Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, nor at The Shop or the hotel's boutiques. This credit is not redeemable for cash, nor applicable to tips, taxes, credit card refunds, or for the payment of room rent or the food and beverage plan. Service availability is subject to space and reservation. To use the Resort Credit at restaurants, reservations must be made upon arrival through Premium Services. All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. The credit will be applied to the total bill at checkout, excluding costs for room rent and taxes. This credit cannot be combined with other promotions or packages and does not apply to external services such as tours or those provided by third-party tour operators.
