Terms and conditions

  1. The Resort Credit is valid per stay when booking a minimum of three nights. Exclusively Available for All-Inclusive Plan Reservations. This offer applies for the Ultra Two Bedroom suite, Master suite, Penthouse North and Two Bedroom Master Suite. It can be used for Food and Beverages, and other hotel services. It is important to note that this credit does not apply for room upgrades. Additionally, it is not applicable at the Karuma Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, nor at The Shop or the hotel's boutiques. This credit is not redeemable for cash, nor applicable to tips, taxes, credit card refunds, or for the payment of room rent or the food and beverage plan. Service availability is subject to space and reservation. To use the Resort Credit at restaurants, reservations must be made upon arrival through Premium Services. All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. The credit will be applied to the total bill at checkout, excluding costs for room rent and taxes. This credit cannot be combined with other promotions or packages and does not apply to external services such as tours or those provided by third-party tour operators.
  2. Complimentary Breakfast: For Room Only plans, if the complimentary breakfast is not consumed, it cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.
  3. Travel dates: from now through April 30, 2026. Blackout Dates: November 25–30, 2024 | December 23, 2024 – January 3, 2025 | February 13–17, 2025 | April 14–20, 2025 | November 23–29, 2025 | December 23, 2025 – January 3, 2026.
