NOI is an Italian restaurant located adjacent to the Lobby where flavorful cuisine and modern art hold hands because… food is art. While traditional Italian restaurants conjure images of brick walls and dimly lit spaces illuminated by red and white checkered tablecloths, NOI emerges on the scene with a completely new concept.
With its double height ceiling and modern design, NOI is the symbol of contemporary art. The space is predominately white with gold accents punctuated by a colorful wraparound wall mural more than 3 meters high that tells the history of humanity with the word PEACE as the focal point above the fabulous show kitchen.

Chefs reach beyond traditional recipes and present a menu of regional specialties from each region in a setting where culinary creativity intersects with art.
He studied Gastronomy at the Alberghiero P. Artusi Institute in Recoaro Terme in Italy. His professional career as a specialty chef in Mexico begins in Los Cabos and Guadalajara for Intercontinental Hotel Groups. He also worked for the restaurant Galileo in Washington D.C., Splendido in Portofino Italia, and Cipriani in Venezia, the latter two belonging to “The Leading Hotels of the World”. Upon his return to Mexico, he was Executive Chef of the Sagrantino and El Italiano restaurants in Guadalajara, Jalisco, receiving recognition from Stars Diamond Awards for 4 consecutive years and the CANIRAC Golden Fork as the best international Italian restaurant. Lover of traditional Italian food and its fusion with different cultures, today he serves as Patron Chef of NOI Italian Ristorante for Grupo Tafer at Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta.
