All inclusions require a minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights, except for Free Breakfast (1).

1. Free Breakfast

Applies exclusively to the European Plan (EP) in all room categories. Valid for up to the number of paid guests and available at the resort's restaurants during regular operating hours. Breakfast service may be offered a la carte or buffet, according to hotel operation.

2. One Curated Group Experience

Guests may choose one (1) of the following experiences: a semi-private cocktail at the hotel bar, or a mixology class or tequila, mezcal, or wine tasting. Schedule and location will be assigned according to the hotel's daily operation. Maximum attendance is 30 guests. The semi-private cocktail includes beverages from the All-Inclusive package and chef's choice canapes for one (1) hour. The mixology class or tasting includes beverages from the All-Inclusive package for one (1) hour and requires prior reservation. To confirm the experience, the client must contact [email protected] at least 20 days prior to arrival. Applies to both European Plan (EP) and All-Inclusive Plan.

3. One View Upgrade for the Group Leader

Includes one (1) view upgrade for the group leader in the base category reserved. Upgrade does not apply to Penthouses or Lofts and is subject to availability.

4. One Complimentary Suite for Every 7 Rooms Booked

For every seven (7) rooms booked, the group will receive one (1) complimentary suite. This benefit is non-cumulative and limited to a maximum of two (2) complimentary rooms. Complimentary room(s) will be assigned in the lead category and according to the lodging plan reserved by the majority of the group.

5. Welcome Drink on Arrival

Upon arrival, the group will receive one (1) complimentary non-alcoholic welcome drink per guest.

6. 10% Off Spa Treatments

Includes 10% off spa treatments of 50 minutes or more.

7. Private Group Check-In

Private group check-in applies only when arrivals are scheduled within a three (3)-hour window.

8. One-Way Transportation

Applies to both European Plan (EP) and All-Inclusive Plan. Valid for Hotel-Airport or Airport-Hotel transportation only. Applies exclusively to categories within the Residential Retreat Program and is subject to availability. The client must contact [email protected] at least 15 days prior to arrival to schedule the service.

General Conditions

The Come Together benefits apply exclusively to All-Inclusive bookings at participating resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, and Cancun.

Valid for group bookings of a minimum of 5 rooms for at least 3 consecutive nights.

Benefits apply to all room categories, unless otherwise specified. Multi-bedroom units count as one (1) room.

All reservations traveling together as part of the social group must be identified by the client at booking time in order to qualify for benefits. Unidentified groups are not eligible for benefits or complimentary services.

A rooming list is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Group activities may vary by destination and season. Additional blackout dates may apply during high-demand periods.

Benefits and inclusions are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and non-refundable if unused.

This program cannot be combined with other group programs, select exclusive promotions, or Residential programs.
