        1. Enjoy a $50 resort credit per stay, valid for both All-Inclusive and European Plan bookings. Use it towards food & beverages, premium menu items, private candlelight dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, Premium WiFi, and spa treatments. Resort credit cannot be used for service fees, gratuities, taxes, market shops, or Karuma Restaurant (Puerto Vallarta). Credit must be used daily (non-cumulative), is nontransferable, nonrefundable, and has no cash value. The credit will be deducted from the final bill at check-out.
        2. Complimentary one-way transportation is available exclusively for Ultra categories and Residences with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
        3. Room Only reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (20%).
        4. All-Inclusive reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, include all taxes and service fees and are subject to change without notice.
        5. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
        6. Rates are based on our Suite North.
        7. Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
        8. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
        9. Valid booking from now to April 22, 2025.
        10. Travel dates: from now to January 3, 2027.
