1. The minimum stay is four (4) nights. Advertised benefits apply only for the Luxury Upgrade experience offer, and it will not be extended nor combined if other rates, promotions, or packages are booked. This offer is only available for new reservations. The upgrade offer applies according to the chart. All Ultra Suite and Ultra Corner Suites under this offer will be offered at the prices of the Mousai and Corner Suites during the established booking window. Upgrade promotion is subject to availability of the upgraded category upon time of booking. We will not extend the advertised offer for bookings made through third-party websites or groups/weddings.
2. Room Only reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (19%). All-Inclusive reservations: rates are per person, include all taxes and service fees and are based on the maximum room capacity. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges . To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.
