Terms & Conditions
- Resort Credit is valid for bookings under both the European Plan and the All-Inclusive Plan made through any official sales channel, with a minimum stay of one (1) night. The credit is non-cumulative, must be used daily, and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash. It may be applied toward food and beverage purchases, as well as select services and items with an additional charge, such as romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit may cover up to 20% of the total amount of each eligible purchase. For spa treatments, up to USD 50 per day may be applied toward 55-minute body treatments (not applicable to beauty salon services or spa boutique items). The credit is not valid for staff service charges, tips, taxes, purchases at Market Shop, or at Karuma restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. The maximum daily credit depends on the room category and length of stay. Any unused portion is non-refundable, non-transferable, and holds no cash value. Blackout dates apply: Feb 12–16, 2026 | Nov 22–28, 2026.

- Complimentary round-trip airport transfer applies to guests staying in the Mousai Suite South or higher categories under either the European Plan or the All-Inclusive Plan.
- Daily breakfast for two is included with a minimum stay of 1 night.
- Available exclusively when upgrading from Suite to Ultra, Corner to Ultra Corner, and Two Bedroom to Ultra Two Bedroom (North or South), on both European and All-Inclusive plans, with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Not combinable with transportation benefits.
- Residential Retreat amenities apply to Residence Suites with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Room Only reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (20%).
- All-Inclusive reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, include all taxes and service fees and are subject to change without notice.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
- Rates are based on our Suite North.
- Prepayment is required. You will be charged for 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24-hours of your reservation being confirmed.
